Composer, singer and pianist, Frishberg is most famous as the composer of a handful of incredibly funny and clever songs, many made famous first by singer Blossom Dearie. Well-known Frishberg songs like “Peel Me A Grape” and “My Attorney Bernie” are just the tip of the iceberg. This intimate house concert, featuring vocalist Kate Hammett-Vaughan, guitarist Bill Coon and bassist Darren Radtke will introduce you to Frishberg’s amazing range as a songwriter.

Microcosmos was formed in Vancouver in the spring of 2010 to perform the rich repertoire of string quartets written in the past 100 years.
